All Screwed Up

Laws prohibit us from spanking our kids in public, and, in some places, you can’t even scold them publicly or you might get a visit from child services. So how come it’s OK to abort our kids? In fact, New York just passed a law that says you can kill your child right up to the day of birth (“Hey, happy birthday, you’re NOT welcome.”)

On 9/11/2001, the United States was attacked by Muslims who hijacked 4 American aircraft. They flew 2 planes into the World Trade Center, a third into the Pentagon, and passengers on the fourth took on the terrorists and forced it to crash in a Pennsylvania field. All told, nearly 3,000 Americans were killed.

17 years later, we elect 2 Muslims to the United States Congress and within hours of being sworn in, one of them calls our President a "motherfuXXXr". Both are in favor of Sharia law. Screwed up? I’d say so.

Not so long ago, when Obama was President, Democrats led by Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer voted for some 700 miles of barrier fencing along our southern border. At the time they said a fence would help stop the inflow of illegal immigrants and keep America safe from murderous drugs and violent criminals.

Now, just a few years later, they claim fences are immoral. Why the flip-flop? Because now there’s a Republican in the White House they think they’ll beat with Hispanic votes. And if they fool enough Hispanics into thinking the fence is a racist ploy, maybe they’ll actually get those votes. Over and over, they prove all they care about is political control, to hell with the safety of those already living here.

America’s senior citizens are struggling to survive on Social Security. 30,000 to 40,000 American veterans are homeless and forced to beg on the streets for something to eat. Many end up killing themselves.

And while seniors suffer and vets go without, millions of ILLEGAL immigrants receive welfare, free healthcare, free education, housing assistance, food stamps, and often college financial aid. Many pay NOTHING in taxes, but still get a tax refund.

It’s a simple fact, we spend more money taking care of illegal immigrants than we do on homeless veterans.

The things that fit in the category of ALL SCREWED UP could go on for volumes. But I for one think just these four examples warrant major changes.

The Democratic Party of JFK is dead on arrival. Today’s Democrat politicians only care about what the government has to provide in order to get your votes. They couldn’t care less about what you can do for your country — unless you have a job and pay taxes that is, then they want you to pay more to fund their vote buying schemes.

The party Kennedy led was different. They cut taxes, advocated personal responsibility, and built a strong national defense.

Democrat leaders today want open borders, abortion up to birth, no death penalty for those who murder, Medicare-for-all with no regard for the cost, gun control, military cuts, bigger government, and far fewer personal freedoms. And, of course, let’s not forget their main mantra: higher taxes on everyone — don’t be fooled by their “tax the rich” rhetoric, they’ll raise taxes on every person who has a job. They can’t help themselves.

Hell, some of these so-called people’s representatives have even said they think socialism would be good for Americans. Really? Ask a Venezuelan how socialism worked out for them.

Today’s Democrats can’t get to the left fast enough … or far enough. Anyone who’s lived long enough to see the results of their ideas that have been tried in other countries should be terrified.

Just consider, you can’t spank your kid. But killing her anytime up to the day of her birth is perfectly ok. Now, that’s ALL screwed up.
