America First, Or Bust

The far left will tell you President Trump is building a nationalist wall around the US and blocking everyone else out.

WRONG.

Those that want the US to be part of the globalist movement want to make America subservient to a world that can tell us what we can and cannot do. That’s what Obama meant when he talked about the new paradigm, “lead from behind.”  It’s what Soros and the UN have been advocating for many years.

They want to establish policy on the environment, on income, on welfare, on gun ownership, on housing and on taxation.

No thank you!

The new leftist globalists, for example, think Americans own too many guns. They think our borders should be open to just about anyone who wants to enter. They want us to cut our military spending and turn funds over to emerging countries like Pakistan and others who hate us. They think we should buckle under to their Paris Climate Accord that not surprisingly blames America and demands our economy pay.

Globalists like Barrack Obama and George Soros, a former, and maybe current National Socialist Nazi; don’t want a strong America. They prefer we rely on the United Nations for our prosperity, safety, and future well-being

The problem, of course, is that those who control the UN don’t know us, they don’t care about us, they don’t share our values, our interests, or our  love of freedom and commitment to individual rights.

What the members of the United Nations do care about is taking our assets, diminishing our power, and sapping our economic and military strength. The United Nations is quite simply one of the most corrupt organizations in the world.

President Trump, by contrast, believes that America should stay strong. He wants our country to help our friends, not our enemies. He insists that policies which impact our businesses, our workers, and our taxpayers come from our own elected leaders and not the presidents, prime ministers, and dictators of other countries.   

And despite the left’s charge that Trump is only interested in increasing his own power, he’s proven his high regard for the Constitution by repealing dozens of Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders and oppressive regulations.

President Trump gave a splendid speech at the UN this week. He put the rest of the world on notice that we will not allow terrorists to obtain weapons of mass destruction. We will not assist those who only want to harm America. We will not pay everyone else’s bills at the unfair expense of our own taxpayers.

Every nation in the world puts their own people and their own interests first. If you’re an American, there’s nothing wrong with insisting that the interests of your nation and your people come first — no matter your ethnicity, country of origin, gender, income, age, or personal history.

The only way we can really help the rest of the world is by assuring our own economic prosperity, military strength and faithful commitment to the best of our values.  

A strong America is the world’s last, best hope. If we fail, there is no backup, no plan B.

The truth is, it’s America first or bust.
