Liberal Magic Tricks

Magic tricks only work because our attention is focused in one direction while something else is going on in another. Once the illusion is complete, we ask, ‘how did he do that?’ While some tricks truly amaze, there is normally a simple explanation.

Well, the left is playing a trick on us now. It’s not a new trick, but it’s nevertheless a very effective one. Let me explain:

Most states are reliably blue or red. They can be counted on to go Democrat or Republican. The left realizes their best chance to gain total and permanent control of our government is to make red states blue, or at least a lot bluer than they were in 2016.

How do they do it? One way is to convince conservative Republican voters that their policy ideas are better … that bigger government and less freedom will improve people’s lives. But, since that’s not likely to happen, they have to try one of the other ways available to them.

Let’s take two state examples: Texas and Florida.

Texas is a state that prides itself on being deeply red. Most Texans value low taxes, small government, law and order, and individual freedom.

California, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. Super high taxes, high crime, massive regulation on business and families, a state government little or no respect for law and order or individual freedom. California is made increasingly worse by their being a sanctuary state with a plethora of sanctuary cities. Fewer than 25% of California’s voters are Republican, nearly half are Democrats.

So let’s say you’re a Californian fed up with high taxes and the lack of jobs. You’re a good Democrat, but even Democrats get sick of abusive taxes and over regulation. So you move your family to Texas where taxes are low and jobs plentiful.

That’s what’s happening many thousands of times every year — and 2 out of 3 of those thousands now calling themselves Texans are Democrats. That means Texas is turning more blue and Democrats are gaining in state elections.

Florida is another target of the left. Thousands of New Jersey Democrats are escaping the high taxes and sanctuary status in their own state for the more favorable quality of life in Florida. The recent election of a new socialist governor assures the stream will soon become a flood. His plan for radical tax hikes will take a huge toll on the economy. And his first act making New Jersey a sanctuary state promises to make Jersey residents far less safe.

With over 2 million Democrats and a million Republicans in NJ, the coming massive population shift to Florida promises to radically change Florida’s political dynamic.

President Obama put this phenomena on steroids when he applied it to immigrants and refugees from the Middle East. By relocating this crowd into mostly red states, Obama’s Administration sought to jump start a red to blue change.

None of this is an accident or a harmless magic trick. It’s an evil strategy to seize permanent control of our country by a far-left who is hell bent on destroying our freedom and our nation.
