Lies and Damned Lies

Ronald Reagan wasn’t very bright.

John Philip Sousa was an anti American fascist.

Donald Trump is a white supremacist racist.

Damned Lies!

What do these things have in common? They are all lies! Gross, absurd abuses of the truth and yet the left has NO problem spewing this crap to anyone who will listen.

Congressman Gueteriz of Michigan has said of the President’s immigration plan that he (Trump) must be a white supremacist racist to propose such legislation. OK, Congressman, lets look at the facts here and now because apparently you only care about getting your name in the papers and on the news for making ludicrous statements.

In return for a deal on the DACA folks, undocumented residents who were brought to the U.S. as minors, Trump wants the following in return:

1. A wall that will keep people (drugs, terrorists, guns, etc.) from entering our country illegally.  Politicians on the left have no problem putting a fence around their homes, installing expensive security systems, and, in many cases, using armed guards courtesy of taxpayers to protect them, but they rail against building a simple wall across our southern border to protect American security.
2. Trump wants an end to this sanctuary city/state nonsense and wants these cities/states to obey federal law.
3. Trump wants better control of those who overstay their visas.
4. Trump wants active implementation of E Verify which makes sure that anyone who gets a job is legal to get a job.
5. He’d also like to hire 10,000 more Border Patrol / Ice agents to enforce our immigration laws.

There are other provisions but these are the highlights of what he would like to see in order to support a deal on the Dreamers (by the way, the entire dreamer act was an unconstitutional order by President Obama.)

So, what is wrong with this? How in the world does this make Trump a White Supremacist? How in the world does this make him a racist?

Instead, doesn’t this help fulfill one of his campaign promises to the American people? Doesn’t this help make the American people safer by tightening safeguards against illegals crossing our border at will?

We have laws for a reason; they help us be a more refined, organized, civil, kind, prosperous, understanding, and a orderly nation.

Imagine a United States with no restrictions on immigration.  Anyone, from anywhere, could move here anytime.  That might not be a such a big deal for countries like Russia, Venezuela, or Cuba.  Almost no one breaks the law to get into those places.  But it would be a thorough disaster for the United States.  How long before we lost all control of our welfare system, our health care, our schools, our prisons and courts?  The chaos, the lack of civilization, the destruction of our quality of life would throw our nation into a tailspin in a matter of months if no weeks.

We have laws so people don’t have to worry about their safety or well being.  We have immigration laws that are there to protect us; not only from harm, but from financial chaos.

Strangely, Democrats don’t seem particularly bothered that EACH illegal cost the American tax payer over $8,000 per year for a staggering total of over $115 billion per year.

Folks, anyway you cut it, that’s a lot of money.  All to house, educate, feed, clothe, and provide Medicare for people who violated the law to come here.

And yet Democrats scream like stuffed pigs at spending less than a third of the annual cost of supporting illegals to build a wall.

What?  Congressman Gutierrez, you are not only a liar, you are a damned liar along with the rest of you on the left who want only to discredit our president and undermine his efforts to make our country better, stronger and safer.

Believe me, I get the politics behind this. If those of you on the left can somehow turn 11 million illegals into registered voters then game over; even with your failed policies, you will win most elections.

Beware.  While you may try to bribe minorities and illegals with expensive government handouts as part of your ongoing plan to turn America into a socialist nation, it won’t work.

Sorry, but black Americans are starting to wake up to the utter failure of your big-government give-aways.  It won’t be long now before they desert the Democrat plantation and take control over their own lives.

And when it comes to Hispanics who have come here from other countries — many have already experienced first-hand what socialism does to kill economic well-being.  They won’t be happy with your plan to undermine the free enterprise many came here to find.

And the rest of us aren’t going to be any happier to turn our freedom over to you fat-cat elitist liberals who think you know what’s best for us.

So to the congressman from Michigan, and Nancy and Chuck and MadMax

and all the rest, stop the damned lies!
