Tammy Baldwin is a liberal trapped in a failed philosophy of high taxes and big spending — the very things that hurt job growth for those who need it most — the poor. African Americans are especially hurt by taxes that kill job creation, but Tammy Baldwin resists tax reform anyway claiming it only helps the rich. But under her policies, blacks have experienced high unemployment, shrinking incomes, and growing poverty. Republicans want every American to enjoy more opportunity and greater prosperity.
