The Nonsensical Mad Max
May 16, 2018

Ah, the harmonious sounds frothing from the mouth of Congresswoman Maxine Waters.
Mad Max now thinks President Trump should be impeached because he put an end to the Iranian deal. Really?
Obama didn’t even give her the chance to vote on the Iranian treaty; but not a peep from her about impeaching Obama. Obama lied about the scope and details of the Iranian deal, but still not even a note of criticism.
But when it comes to President Trump, Maxine Waters has sought any and every excuse for impeachment.
As harsh as it sounds, this woman is a moron. Forget about rational or thoughtful criticism, Waters rarely goes beyond simplistic sound bites. She’s the worst kind of Pelosi puppet taking the party line all the way to its most damaging end.
Now don’t misunderstand, while my positions are nearly always opposite those of Maxine’s, that’s not the main reason for concern. What really gets my goat is that she almost always speaks from the worst kind of intolerance, insisting her way is the only way, with no respect or regard for the dignity or rights of others. Maxine Waters has turned leftist ideology into mindless reflex. She rationalizes any act, comment, thought, or even government persecution with the simple claim that she knows what’s best.
Most distressing, she actually enjoys something of a following among all the other resist-Trump-at-any-cost progressives.
These are the same folks who would rather accuse Trump of interfering in the domestic politics of other countries than admit his approach is bringing us closer to a nuclear free peace on the Korean Peninsula than we’ve ever seen before.
They’re the same people who rail against Trump’s regulatory and tax reforms even though that agenda has caused an explosion in jobs and opportunities for those most marginalized by the weak economy of the last 8 years.
And they’re the same people who decry the wealth gap between America’s poorest and richest citizens while lionizing President Obama under whose leadership that gap widened to historic levels; and even though that gap has started closing under the current administration.
Maxine Waters takes credit for helping create this most hypocritical of left wing movements. It seems to me, however, that the movement already existed and was only in search of a poster child. Maxine fits the bill well.
After all, this is the same woman who refused to attend or even listen to President Trump’s State of the Union speech, but was selected by the left to give a televised rebuttal. No wonder she’s an icon for the truly stupid who are more interested in spewing hate and division than they are in actually listening to anything the other side has to say. They’d rather spread poison than do pursue positive policies intended to advance anyone’s quality of life.
Waters doesn’t care that it’s Trump policies producing record-high employment for blacks…she actually finds it irritating that more blacks are gaining independence from government handout programs…and she’s annoyed by the increasing number of black families now rebelling against the poisonous policies of the poverty industry that for 60 years has worked to restrict their opportunities and hurt their lives.
It’s the elected officials like Maxine Waters and her self-righteous left wing allies who have damaged our Republic and paralyzed our ability to get anything positive done. She’s violated her oath of office and insulted those who entrusted her with their votes. She’s a crook and a fraud; and she deserves to be thrown out of office.
That’s why our Stars and Stripes Forever PAC is paying for billboards all over her district showing what a hypocrite she really is. She and her like-minded friends in government are a slur against our country and an embarrassment to the American people.
